Actuate Services provides professional accounting and financial services including but not limited to:

• Accounts outsourcing and manpower support
• Online bookkeeping services
• Taxation services (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
• Virtual CFO services
• Payroll outsourcing
• Internal and stock auditing
• Accounting system implementation

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant timely access to required documents and systems
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Pay for services as per agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements, and we implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

5. Service Delivery

We commit to delivering services with professional care and in accordance with applicable professional standards. Timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon at the start of each engagement.

6. Fees and Payment

• Service fees will be communicated and agreed upon before commencement
• Payment terms are as specified in the engagement letter or invoice
• Late payments may attract interest as specified in the agreement
• Fees may be revised with prior notice for ongoing engagements

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy and quality, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for decisions made based on our work or for consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, processes, and methodologies developed by Actuate Services remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended business purpose.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, clients must pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
